  • What type of vehicles do you have?
    We have access to a vast range of vehicles from Lexus ES 300, SUV cadillac, SUV GMC 8 passage.

  • What if my flight is delayed?
    We monitor all flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched to meet you, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.
  • How early do I need to book my car?
    The earlier the better. However, 4 hours notice is fine. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to do so by phone. If you are making an online reservation we will send you a confirmation back by email to confirm that booking usually within 3 hours, if you have not received confirmation from us by email please call one of our customer service staff.
  • How do I meet the driver?
    Your driver will contact you via your mobile phone (cell phone) on arrival at the Airport Terminal and advise you where to Meet. If you require a Meet & Greet service there is an additional $15.00 charge to cover the parking Fees.
  • Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
    Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time, sometimes there can be some small delays. If delayed we will keep you informed via your mobile phone (cell phone) on the number you supplied in your booking. Our driver will arrive at the Terminal 45 minutes after flight has landed for International arrivals and 30 minutes after London arrivals, these times are calculated to allow you enough time to collect luggage and clear immigration. Should you only have hand luggage and feel that you will come through more quickly please advise us of this at the time of making your booking.
  • What happens if my flight is cancelled?
    Contact us as soon as possible on 0416 594 3400, we will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have sent you a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
