London Airport Taxis - Prestige Cabs are 35% cheaper than London Black Cabs and generally 25% cheaper than other Private Hire operators for those long distance journeys. All our vehicles are less than 4 years of age. Our motto is Luxury at Low Cost. We endeavour to offer our customers a stress free and relaxing journey. With us you only pay the price quoted.
What type of vehicles do you have?
We have access to a vast range of vehicles from saloon cars, MPV-5 passengers, MPV-8 passengers and executive cars.
How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 24 hours notice is fine. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to do so by phone. If you are making an online reservation we will send you a confirmation back by email to confirm that booking usually within 3 hours, if you have not received confirmation from us by email please call one of our customer service staff.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched to meet you, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as possible on +44 844 824 3771, we will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have sent you a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
How do I meet the driver?
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall he or she will be holding a board with the 'Prestige Cabs' and your full name on it. Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell phone number of your driver.
Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time, sometimes there can be some small delays. If delayed we will keep you informed via your mobile number supplied to us when you booked your car. Our driver will not arrive until 30 minutes after the flight has landed this is to allow you time to collect your luggage and clear customs.
What is a PCO Licence?
Public Carriage License is a license which enables us to carry out private hire assignments as to the regulations set down by British law.
